Start with the device details
Enter a model or upload a photo of its label and describe the fault. The exact variant helps find relevant technical information. Image recognition can misread characters, so check the identified device.
Language determines the output. Search market determines the preferred region for parts and suppliers. A report in Spanish may therefore concern a market other than Spain.
AI-assisted research, without physical inspection
AI processes your details and researched sources about possible causes, parts and repair options. Reports may include technical and supplier sources. A retailer link does not prove compatibility or continued availability.
Probabilities and difficulty levels are estimates, not measured success rates. FixNavi does not open, measure or test your device. Safety-related and unclear faults require professional assessment.
Public knowledge from suitable cases
Suitable cases are turned into public, anonymised articles and localised in five languages. Automated checks cover aspects including structure, device identity, privacy and safety rules.
These checks are not an individual technical review by a human. AI-generated text can still contain errors or outdated information. Check the model, compatibility, sources and current offer before deciding.
Images, sources and corrections
Workbench, archive and category images are AI-generated illustrations. They show neither submitted devices nor completed repairs and are not installation instructions.
Sources appear alongside each case. The update date refers to the published text. To report an error, use the footer contact and include the public article URL and relevant statement. Do not send private access tokens or confidential details.
